Thank you for your interest in our home childcare center. Here you will find information on what is required for enrollment. The steps are listed below.
Step 1: Telephone Interview
We are usually busy with the children doing various projects and activities, so when you call we may not be able to speak with you at that moment, then leave your name, your phone number, and your message, and someone will call you back at a less busy time. Most parents are interested in our schedule, menus, activities, etc. All of this information is on this website. During the telephone interview, we will ask you some questions so that we are better able to give you information, and a more definite rate for your particular need. We will then set up a follow-up face-to-face interview.
Step 2: Face-to-Face Interview
The first initial interview will be set up at a convenient time for both the parents and interviewer. This is where you can meet our family; get a tour of our home (areas used by the childcare), and where we will discuss the important details of our programs. We may go over some of our policies in our parent handbook, and answer any questions you may have. If for any reason you can't make your scheduled interview appointment, please call to cancel or reschedule. We will do the same if we are unable to keep the appointment. If an interview is not canceled and the parent fails to show up, another interview will not be granted!
Step 3: Paperwork
After a parent has expressed interest in our program, and we have decided to accept them into our childcare, another meeting will take place for the parent to pick up the required paperwork. At this time, they will also need to bring in the "Registration Fee" and "Security/Holding Fee". No space will be considered reserved until the required fees have been paid. Exceptions to the fees can be made from time to time and we usually can email all the paperwork to the parents in adavnce.
